The Speedline Mini/Jr. Carbon Fiber Fork uses a special High Compactation molding process which means a more consistent product with a denser material so there are less voids and the resulting fork is lighter, stronger and longer lasting. After selecting the finest materials and processes, we did a full FEA examination of the fork to optimize the shape for maximum strength and minimal weight. The result is a Speedline Mini/Jr. Carbon Fiber Race Fork that weighs in at a scant 390 grams. It is a 1 ” steertube ( 175mm long ) and comes with it’s own compression nut, so no need for star nuts or headlocks.. Available in Black ( clear gloss over carbon ) or a Gloss White.
The Elite Pro Speedline Carbon Fiber Fork uses a special High Compactation molding process that is the same as our 20mm Pro Fork, which means a more consistent product with a denser material so there are less voids and the resulting fork is lighter, stronger and longer lasting. After selecting the finest materials and processes, we did a full FEA examination of the fork to optimize the shape for maximum strength and minimal weight. The result is a Speedline Carbon Fiber Pro Fork that weighs in at a scant 525 grams. It is a 1 1 /8″ steertube ( 175mm long ) and comes with an Alloy Compression Cap stock. Available in Black ( clear gloss over carbon ) or a special Limited Edition White
The Speedline Tapered Carbon Fiber BMX Pro Fork is produced out of a special High Modulous, Nano Carbon Composite Material – The nano carbon allows our engineers to build stronger, lighter, stiffer carbon parts with a higher strength than before. It is 27% stronger than other carbon materials. It is also more flexible and has a higher fatigue resistance. And is built using high-impact compaction, this is important because by using solid inner forms during the curing stage, compared to typical air-bladder processes, we produce high-pressure compaction which means more consistent products with denser material and minimal voids.
The tapered 1 1/8″ – 1.5″ 7005 T-6 taperwall heat-treated aluminum steertube, further enhances the strength and wight reduction. Because of the engineering, and proprietary material and molding processes, we were able to produce a 20mm Carbon race fork that weighs in at just 20 ounces.
All Speedline 20mm Pro Forks, come stock with the Pro Adapters to allow you to run your 20mm or any 3/8″ Female axle front hub.
Stock Colors are Gloss Carbon, White and Limited Edition Red.
We recommend the use of the Speedline Tapered Sealed Bearing Headset for use with this fork
The new Supercross SLT BLK Carbon fork is our first venture into a full Monocoque Carbon Fiber fork. The Manufacturing process of a solid 1 pc fork allows a stronger connection from the steertube to the fork blades so it is a stiffer and stronger structure, all while keeping the weight down. The SLT BLK Fork uses a tapered Steer Tube which goes from 1 1/8” at the top to 1.5” at the base to further enhance the forks stiffness and strength. Add in the full carbon w/ aluminum insert dropouts for a 20mm hub and you have a fork that is under 20 ounces that is ready for whatever course you are ready to throw at it.
